Christine Lucy Howells
Lucy's love for Yoga began in 2012 while living in Australia. Learning Hatha from a traditional teacher she quickly felt connected to, and intrigued by this ancient practice that was so subtly enhancing her outlook towards daily life.
Inspired by this experience she decided to delve deeper into the world of Yoga through traveling, learning, teaching and practicing different styles and traditions around the world.
In 2015 Lucy's journey brought her back to the motherland of yoga, India, where she immersed herself in the lifestyle and study of Yoga. Here she completed 700RYS Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa & Yin. This then sparked an opening to the limitless benefits of Yoga for all ages, leading to her study and qualify in Children's Yoga & Mindfulness.
Since then Lucy has spent her time finding home in many beautiful places around the world by sharing yoga with children, families and adults through drop in classes, workshops and retreats.
In 2017 Lucy's path led her back to Goa to teach Ashtanga & Vinyasa teacher training courses. From this her yoga journey continued to grow by helping passionate yogis become teachers, whilst continuing to self study and connect with the practice of Yoga and all that it entails in the different aspects of daily life.
Lucy aspires to continue to share her love and appreciation of Yoga with people from all over the world. Her vast knowledge and intuitive teaching methods combine to demonstrate that Yoga is accessible for every-body. Lucy gently shares the tools with students to enable them to connect with the physical and psychological benefits of Yoga and its infinite healing powers.
