Terms and Conditions of Booking
Our hotel has 11 rooms and is in a remote location of Pestera village. We have a strict cancellation policy to ensure operability of our services as well as peace of mind for our guests.
At our hotel, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we offer two distinct reservation policies to cater to varying guest needs.
Our Flexible Reservation Policy requires guests to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, securing their reservation. While this deposit is non-refundable, guests have the flexibility to exchange it for a reservation on another date or change the name on the booking, subject to availability. In case plans change guests with this reservation option can transfer their reservation to another date with a minimum notice of 72 hours so we can release the room to other guests that may be interested to book. In case of no shows or cancellations with less than 72hrs notice the full amount of the reservation is forfeited.
Please note that all reservation changes are subject to availability and any rate differences that may apply.
Our Non-Refundable Reservation Policy requires guests to pay 100% of the booking amount upfront. However, in exchange for this full payment, guests receive a significantly discounted rate. In case plans change guests with this reservation option can transfer their reservation to another date in case of a cancellation with a minimum notice of 72 hours so we can release the room to other guests that may be interested to book. In case of no shows or cancellations with less than 72hrs notice the full amount of the reservation is forfeited.
Modification Policy:
Guests can modify their reservation dates free of charge, subject to availability and any rate differences.
Modifications should be requested at least 72 hours before the check-in date.
Exceptions:
In case of force majeure events or emergencies, such as natural disasters or sudden health issues that may affect your use of services and reservations made no exceptions can be made. Akasha Retreat is not liable for any claims of refunds in case of a force majeur event or emergency. Any bookings that are cancelled due to such events beyond our control will only have the option to rebook at later dates within a 12 month period.
Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation for Flexible Booking Option
The remaining balance will be charged upon check-in.
A 100% payment upfront is required for non-refundable option.
Communication Channels:
Guests can cancel or modify their reservations by contacting the hotel directly via phone or email.
Confirmation of cancellation or modification requests will be provided via email or text message.
Special Circumstances:
Special circumstances, such as group bookings or long-term stays, may have different cancellation policies.
No-Show Policy:
If guests do not arrive and do not cancel their reservation, they will be charged the full booking amount.
Policy Review:
The cancellation policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated as necessary.
Guest Acknowledgment:
By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel.
General Terms
Arrival time
Usually our check-in is 3PM and check-out is at 12PM. On certain days or for retreats it may be different, you will get an email before your stay about this.
Handling of personal information
When booking, you are requested to enter your full name, phone number and email. We will use this information only to contact you regarding your booking.
By completing a booking, you agree to receive (i) an email which we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information on your stay and providing you with certain information and offers relevant to your reservation.
(Further) correspondence and communication
In order to duly complete and secure your reservation, you need to use your correct email address. We are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong or misspelt email address or inaccurate or wrong (mobile) phone number or credit card number.
Any claim or complaint against Akasha Retreat or in respect of the Service must be promptly submitted, but in any event within 7 days after checking out date. Any claim or complaint that is submitted after the 7 days period, may be rejected and the claimant shall forfeit its right to any (damage or cost) compensation.
These terms and conditions apply to all our services made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our (mobile) website through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).
These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online reservation service provided on these pages are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
“Akasha Retreat”, "Akasha Restaurant", "us", "we" or "our" means Turism Regard SRL, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Romania, and having its registered address at 187 strada Principala, Pestera, Moieciu, Brasov, 507136.
"Platform" means the (mobile) website on which the Service is made available owned, controlled and hosted by Squarespace and PYN Booking and maintained and managed by Akasha Retreat.
"Services" means the option to book one of our options for accommodation and services. You can see the current prices and options available on our website www.akasharetreat.com as well as in our booking system.
Our Services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content available on the Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
