It is a true joy for me to guide you during this retreat/workshop through Chinese energy practices for health, balance, and inner harmony. I am a certified instructor of Zhineng Qigong and Traditional Yang Style Taijiquan (Tai Chi), as well as a Yin Yoga teacher. These disciplines have deeply supported my own journey of self-discovery and inner growth, and I share them with heartfelt dedication, presence, and joy.

Yoga and yogic practices entered my life over five years ago and have since become an integral part of my ongoing personal journey — a process of self-inquiry and integration, shaped by the natural, constant changes of life. These techniques and practices have supported me in meeting myself more honestly, discovering who I am, and learning to observe myself with curiosity during periods of transition. They have helped me prepare for such transitions (even though it took me several years to fully understand this) and supported me in integrating each stage of change with greater awareness.

The first part of my yoga teacher training, YTT 200, was completed online during the pandemic. In 2022, I traveled to Rishikesh, India, to complete my YTT 500. My formal training includes Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Pranayama, Kundalini, Laya techniques, Mantra practice, and certification as a Sattva meditation facilitator. I continued my learning path with a Yin Yoga YTT 50 training.

My personal practice has been deeply focused on meditation, contemplative practices, and breathwork. As a result, my classes are predominantly centered on Pranayama and Kriya Yoga breathing techniques, complemented by simple asanas, Yoga Nidra, and Yin Yoga.

I am a mountain guide, a climber and a nature lover. I travel the world, I don't have a TV at home, I like reading read and I don't rush.

I live in a corner of heaven, at the foot of the Bucegi Mountains and this has helped me to better understand our purpose and the things around us.

I happily explain to the people I interact with why it is important to view nature as a continuously open lesson offered to us humans. The mountains are simply there inviting us into peace, calm and appreciation. Let's discover this together.

I have a curious and inquisitive nature. Thanks to these traits, I had the chance to work in the corporate environment for 18 years, before changing my direction toward psychology more than 6 years ago. In organizations, I had the opportunity to be a mentor, a coach, and to lead teams. Currently, I work in private psychology practice with adults, adolescents, and children.

I firmly believe that every person has the capacity to create their own path alongside others. I see my role as that of an archaeologist who helps you bring your inner resources to light to build an authentic path for yourself.

I am a clinical psychologist and a psychotherapist in training (Transactional Analysis), certified by the Romanian College of Psychologists.

Music has always been part of my life,it accompanies me from the moment I wake up until late at night. The natural continuation was the love for the sounds of the gong.

My encounter with gongs took place 6 years ago and from that moment I knew that one day I would also play gongs and percussion instruments. I had the honour and opportunity to play the gong as part of the Initiatory Journey – guided by Claudia Jimeno in Egypt and I can say that the effects and vibrations of the gong are magical!

Sounds are part of our lives since the first day of birth and if we become aware of the effects they have in our lives and how much they can influence our states – both for the better and for the worse – I am sure that we would become more attentive to the space around us and take care to choose the sounds that are beneficial for our well-being. Our cells vibrate at the frequencies of the sounds around us.

Gongs are sound healing instruments, their vibrations bring balance on an energetic level, which has beneficial effects on the physical, mental and emotional body.
