Natalia Ria (Canada)

Natalia Ria is an intuitive somatic therapist and embodiment guide. With a passion for healing and balancing the nervous system, she blends movement, Eastern bodywork and abdominal work, breathwork, somatics, self-enquiry and nature to help people reconnect with their body wisdom and cultivate an embodied sense of inner safety, trust and strength. Having spent over a decade healing her own nervous system from developmental and ancestral trauma, Natalia's ultimate goal in her work is to help people 'feel to heal' and gain an embodied sense of personal power. Natalia is a certified Somatic Movement Therapist and Somatic Breathwork practitioner. She is also certified in Thai Massage, Chi Nei Tsang, Womblifting and a variety of Energy Healing modalities. When not teaching, Natalia loves to make a mess in the kitchen, explore new hiking trails, paddleboard and learn about different cultures.

“Hello, I am Ravali. I grew up in a traditional Indian household where yoga was a natural part of daily life and not just something we did on the mat, but something we lived. I was deeply inspired by the monks and yogis in the Himalayas, the birthplace of yoga, where I got to experience the depth of meditation and traditional practices in their truest form.
In my classes, I offer Hatha yoga, pranayama and mindfulness practices. My sessions are designed to help you release stress and come back to yourself feeling calm, balanced, and more at ease in your body and mind. I care a lot about creating a warm, welcoming space where you can show up just as you are with all your curiosities, questions, and even discomforts. You’re invited to explore, reconnect, and leave feeling nourished and grounded.

Our accredited resident teachers have taught all over the world and create a soothing, restorative practice for the mind, body & soul for all our guests.
Beginners & Intermediate, taught in English. Classes are held in our studio and outdoors on the deck in the summer.
Twice Daily Yoga classes that include styles like Ashtanga | Yin | Hatha | Breathwork | Sound Healing | Vinyasa Flow | Yoga Nidra | Meditation
Included with our Signature Retreat Packages. Additional to the room rate for our breakfast only or room only rates.
