We can host max. 22 guests at a time.

We accept any number of guests on exclusive hire of the whole space.

You can book our venue any time with a minimum stay of 3 nights during Nov - May except winter holidays and 5 nights during Jun - Oct & Christmas or New Year Holidays.

We provide buffet style meals with vegetarian, vegan or carnivore options depending on your preferences. We provide only non-alcoholic hot & cold drinks, alcoholic drinks can be brought with you.

    • Indoor Yoga Studio / Gym. (45 sqm) > We provide yoga mats, straps, bolsters, blankets, blocks for up to 22 guests. You’ll also find incense sticks, candles, mood lighting, music set-up. We can provide the yoga teacher or you can bring your own.

    • Outdoor Yoga Deck (80 sqm).

    • Spa area: Dry Sauna ( for up to 6 at a time), Outdoor Shower, Outdoor Hot Tub (for up to 6 at a time),

    • 2 x Massage Therapy Rooms. Red Light Therapy, Massage Towels, 2 x Massage Tables, Shower, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Equipment, Mood lighting, music equipment. We can provide the massage therapist or you can bring your own.

    • Sun Loungers with umbrellas on the deck terrace.

    • Relaxation Terrace with a view.

  • Dotted around the garden you will find sun loungers with umbrellas & hammocks to relax, read a book, sun bathe and take in the view.

  • The gazebo has a built-in outdoor BBQ, we can provide the wood should you need it. The gazebo can been used for workshops or outdoor meals.

  • Steps lead you to our rustic bonfire area with a view, we can provide the wood needed.

  • 200sqm permaculture garden, herb garden, flower and fruit orchard. We compost all food waste and we cultivate leafy greens, kale, strawberries, chamomile, calendula, salads & tomatoes.

  • Large CCTV Secured Parking in front of the building for up to 15 cars.

    • We can cater a wide selection of specialities: Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Healthy Foods but also carnivore options if this is your requirement. We are strict in our selection of fresh, seasonal & local ingredients.

    PLEASE NOTE: All our meals are served buffet style so we do not have table service or waiters.

    • Our menu options include breakfast or brunch, lunch, snacks, dinner & desserts.

    • We operate a zero waste policy so menus are approved in advance by you and we can only cook what we have agreed.

  • Self-Serve Tea & Coffee Station includes unlimited :

    • a selection of 6 different herbal tea blends, black tea

    • organic coffee (espresso, latte, capuccino)

    • lemon, honey, brown sugar

    • Filtered Spring water (hot & cold).

    We also have a limited selection of alcoholic drinks in our bar. You are welcome to bring alcoholic drinks with you should you need them.

  • Arrival & Departure

    We will welcome your guests and show them to their rooms on arrival.

    Planning & Concierge

    We can assist with booking:

    • private transport taxi service or minibus.

    • Guided Tours of Bran Castle & Tickets

    • Experiences such as cheese tastings, wine tastings, wildlife spotting, mountaineering, hikings.

    • any other requirement you may have.

  • Our team will be assisting you throughout your stay, helping guests book massages or use the spa, present meals, set-up projector screen, set up the bonfire for you or any other equipment you might need.

  • Organic Linens, Towels, Bath Robes, Slippers and Toiletries are provided during your stay.

    We provide daily housekeeping and change of linen once during your stay, more on request.

  • For Teacher Facilitated Retreats we’re happy to promote your event within our event pages, blog, social media and newsletter to over 15000 registered Akasha members.

Rates & Terms

  • You can book our venue any time with a minimum stay of:

    • 3 nights during Nov - May except winter holidays

    • 5 nights during Jun - Oct & Christmas or New Year Holidays.

    Longer stays of 7 nights or more receive an 10% discount.

  • Nov - May except 20 Dec - 3 Jan, winter Holidays.

    €130 / room / night x 11 rooms = €1430 / night.

    Jun - Oct & 20 Dec - 3 Jan, winter Holidays.

    €150 / room / night x 11 rooms = €1650 / night.

    All rooms sleep 2 guests in twin beds or large double beds.

    Includes exclusive use of all Akasha facilities, terraces, outdoor spaces, Hot Tub & Sauna for up to 22 guests.

  • Our Venue comes with catering included, please choose from the below options.

    Our standard vegan & vegetarian: menu.

    • Full Board (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) €80 / person / day.

    • Half Board ( Breakfast or Brunch & Dinner) €60 / person / day.

    Carnivore menu.

    • Full Board (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) €95 / person / day.

    • Half Board ( Breakfast or Brunch & Dinner) €75 / person / day.

    We can discuss with you daily menus in advance. Minimum 15 people per rental period.

  • Strictly no loud music, no parties and no smoking, except designated areas in the garden.

    CCTV is for the security of all guests and staff.

    We do not allow loud parties beyond 11pm.

    Hot Tub & Sauna are available from 9AM - 10PM, our staff can help you switch it on when you need it.

    We have 1 pet friendly standard room on the ground floor, so we can accommodate 1 large pet or 2 small ones. Your pets would have to be on a leash at all times and it is your responsibility to make sure they do not disturb others or damage anything in the house. A security deposit and cleaning fee per pet is applicable.

  • 9% VAT included in the rate

    No other hidden costs.

  • 30% deposit to block dates.

    Balance in 2 instalments:

    1. Balance of accommodation fees due 2 months before arrival.

    2. Balance of Food & Drink Fees 1 month before arrival.

  • Booking Deposit is non-refundable.

    If you need to cancel 1 month before arrival or more, accommodation fees already paid can be transferred to a future date, except booking deposit.

    If you need to cancel last minute within 2 weeks of arrival, 50% of fees already paid can be transferred to a future date, except booking deposit.
